Connecting to my toothbrush with the app is not working properly, always unconnect in few seconds, can’t even change the cleaning plan or see status in app((
Cannot connect to the app
Hi,
I changed my phone and cannot log in back to the app now. When I click on the password reset button in the email, it doesnt reset the password. It just shows there is some kind of mistake. Now I cannot change any regime or else, cannot even contact your customer support. Please help me out

Untie the toothbrush Oclean X Pro
Hello,
I have an Oclean X Pro toothbrush. It is tied to another smartphone that I no longer have.
Now I want to connect a toothbrush to a new smartphone and to the new Oclean Care+ program that came out not long ago. But it doesn't work for me. The program tells me that the toothbrush is already attached, try another toothbrush.
Please tell me how to tie a toothbrush in such a situation.
