Please fix the bug

I’ve not found where I can report a bug in the app so I write here

If use clicks on Olx link (for example in WhatsApp messenger) then OLX app opens but it opens the main page instead of the page with concrete item. If use clicks on the link one more time - then the concrete item is being opened as expected.
So seems that at first launch app ignores the clicked link and redirect to main page

Disappointed.

Writing this from Ukraine, and to start this off I’d like to say the app literally has no support, nor explanation how a proper website should look like when completing a transaction.

There are lots, and lots, of scammers out there but for people who have sold before on this app, it’s no concern. For newcomers, however, the experience can be extremely intimidating. There is no warning, no help or at least an instruction of how a transaction should transpire.

I know a few people who have lost their money because of this problem. Until it is fixed in Ukraine, I warn everyone to be extremely cautious, and refrain from using this app to save yourself a hell of a headache.

Barely functional

Despite being the largest secondhand marketplace in the whole country, it’s filled with bugs to the brim. Constant requests about signing back in, when I never log out, and by constant I mean literally every time I use the app, give or take. The interface is alright, however sometimes laggy and unresponsive while going from one offer to another. After committing an order, you’re forced to reload the app to access the pms, since the payment menu does not automatically close. You could do much better.
