App freezes and crushes after recent update

Something went wrong with the latest update. The app freezes some 30 sec after I open it

Prime account: a trap for fools

I had an extremely bad experience with this company. Of course, it is about so-called "Prime" subscription. They offer a free-trial of prime, giving several pounds of discount for the plane tickets. BUT there was no button to unsubscribe of this Prime account. Literally. I wrote to their help bot, wrote e-mails to them directly, there was no response about the "button of unsubscription". After some time, I talked to the contact manager asking about unsubscribing. She told that I was successfully unsubscribed and should wait an e-mail confirmation. Of course, there was no letter of confirmation and a week after, they charged me with 60 pounds. And this is how my two pounds savings become a 60 pounds of lost.

The worst of the worst

Too bad you can't give it a -10 rating. There is no way to cancel your subscription to the prime version. To do this you have to find a number that is a UK number and call it (in my situation it was not free and I ended up running out of money). For some reason online or through the app you can't do it (and no, I'm not dumb, it took me all day to figure out how to do it online). In the end, my money was charged and I do not use the application
