App doesn’t remember its state.
I have to input login and password almost all the time. As well as agree to notifications, mark same messages as read, approve usage of face id. Face id usually doesn’t work because the app forgets all of my actions.
Also the usage of login is not working good with iCloud Keychain. The login looks like a password because it is masked, but it isn’t.
Worst possible service faced in entire life
This is not a joke, if you have a chance - avoid using this application at all costs. I have to stick with it due to my client’s preferences. Every time I got payment on this “bank” I know I will have problems accessing my funds!
- in order to make a simple transaction to adequate bank I have to wait (just imagine) 30-60 minutes in average until application server lets me in!
- on every action step (e.g. load transaction history, perform transfer, send sms and even check balance!) it gets stuck for 10-15 minutes
- you get a super transparent issue “server error contact with the bank” and start all over again. Needles to say that bot which is a primary “contact of a bank”, just says that it will be fixed soon and just instantly closes conversation, and the ticket I assume (like what?!).
- 0, absolute zero customer support.
To sum up: I wouldn’t be so frustrated if it wasn’t simply my assets I’m trying to access. Plus, I know a thing or two about the server resources allocation and clearly see how server overload just ignored and not addressed at all; have a feeling it just gets worse.
I apologize about the tone, but I cannot explain to myself this attitude towards your customers.
Hope I’m an exceptional case and only one your customer who has such a bad experience.
Using the OTP smart for a long time. One day i was in a roaming and i needed to use application and I couldn’t enter because of “new update”. It was necessary to update application and it wasn’t possible to avoid it. I had to use roaming prices to update the OTP smart. So, please , make some ways to avoid updates to use application when person need it. Money can be needed fast and there can be no time to update.
