I love this game, play everyday. Played everyday… As far as I remember I was registered with Apple ID and after this update all my progress was lost. And I failed to figure out how to submit a ticket to tech support((( Website is to confusing

Hi. I faced a really disappointing issue, that I can’t even open the app. So, basically, I tapped icon, screen lightens up less then a second, and crush. I trying to find solution in FAQ, but the was written all for computer version.
