Will behave like scam artists if something goes wrong

Okay quality and price for the service for simple orders. Ordered a couple of times from them and it was fine, though nothing spectacular and the delivery was rather slow and no option to expedite this.

The real trouble, though, started when one of the shipments got lost - more than a month now since this was ordered and no valuable updates. Very poor support in this situation. For the last three weeks I had to keep nudging them, no proativness at all, despite assurances that this has been escalated and the team will get back to me (they never did). This morning I asked for a refund and they refused and are keeping silent now.

Granted, my last order that got lost was to a less common country (Ukraine), though the happily took the order and money without any reservations or warnings (like that they do not provide tracking for this country).

There are plenty of better alternatives on the market, so avoid this app....
