Hello! I am from Ukraine, I live in Italy. Why don’t they transfer money from card to card in Ukraine, it’s not available due to the poor quality of the photo on my documents, what kind of nonsense? I tried to take a picture with a rosary, but alas, our documents could not be accepted!

Repetitive identity checks without warning
I have been using it since 2019, and during this time I have already been blocked several times without warning and required to undergo identity verification. and If earlier it was motivated by the fact that my document was expiring, then the last time they outdid themselves. I was accused of not following the rules and having several accounts, but the duplicate account I created at the very beginning was deleted a long time ago! But it looks like something went wrong in their system and now they accuse me of violating their rules. In general, the service itself is not bad, but the level of technical support staff is low. This is disappointing.

Being a regulated financial institution, Paysend is obliged by the applicable laws and regulations to collect certain documents and information from you, including information about you in order to upgrade your sending limits. It’s a standard procedure which is carried out by most money transfer services.
