Becomes illogical
Hello,
Please tell, have you thought about enabling cards for Ukraine fully?
Currently citizens of Ukraine are able to sign up and verify their documents. However, they need to be located somewhere in EU to receive a plastic card using the EU address.
It’s clear it’s meant to be used by refugees. But in the app, it’s not clearly stated how these conditions really work and it just feels weird that people from Ukraine are able to do everything except receiving a card. At least a virtual one, like for ApplePay.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately the cards are only being delivered to the EEA addresses. Thank you for your feedback, we will pass that to the responsible department.
Payments on hold all the time
Do not ever use this app if you plan on receiving big amounts of money. They will put it on hold and revert back to the account it was sent from. Takes 3-5 weeks in my experience. They ignore your emails and when they do reply it’s just an automated message saying something like “unfortunately we do not have a timeframe for this we will let you know once we the transfer is refunded. Absolutely worst experience in my life, not ever using it again.
