Good app but it need enhancements
The app has some issues with usability.
While setup I couldn't find location permissions, cause they appeared just after walking through app.

Strange division between notifications and log
Super angry!
I bought toilet , eversweet solo, dual hopper with camera. Pay a lot of money, so now app tell me that I can’t check videos how my pet eat … just for money So be ready to pay 12 $ for 30 days playback loop and 2 $ for 1 day playback
I see this situation very unfair, especially when all this machines is not cheap!
Cheaper to buy camera Xiaomi and put near food of cats , then pay every month for this stuff….
If I knew this before don’t buy this product.
Great app
Bought FurryTail Feeder before PETKIT and app was nightmare. Chinese language and very difficult to find how to switch to English. Finally it could not connect to my router, support could not help and returned the FurryTail feeder to seller.
With PETKIT all went smooth. The feeder was working in 5 minutes already after unpacking. Very good app!
