Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account as soon as you confirm your purchase. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your Account Settings after the purchase. If you start a free trial, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel 24 hours before the expiration period.
Your subscription will renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal cost will be charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the existing subscription will not be refunded. If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

I've been using this program for a long time. It's the best program in this segment, although I've tried a lot of different programs. Everything is perfect here. Interaction with the program at the highest level. Thanks to the developers!

User-friendly but has some issues

Overall, it is a nice experience, but after the update to WatchOS 10.1, the app doesn't work correctly. To see the current sleep stats on the watch, I first need to open the app on the phone.

Another issue is incorrect sleep detection - often, it shows that I am sleeping while I am working)) Plus, it continuously updates the status after waking up, especially if I lay in bed for a while. So, I need to edit sleep stats to keep them correct.

Hi! Thank you for the positive review! Pillow on the Apple Watch should detect sleep sessions without having to launch the iPhone first. This has been tested on watchOS 10.1 without any issues. If you are experiencing issues with this feature, please contact our support team to investigate. Regarding the other issue, Pillow will try to detect sleep sessions throughout the day but does offer a way to exclude specific times if you want. This option is available under Pillow's Settings. To contact us, please use the Helpdesk option under Pillow's Settings.

I like the app a lot, BUT...

I really liked the app, but I dont like and cant understand why it requires the phone to be working too.
Went to sleep at 100% on the iPhone and woke up at around 76%...(the phone is usually still at 100% in the morning)
Thats a big dealbreaker for me.
I hope future updates will allow the apple watch to do all the work without the need of the phone also being used all night long.

Hi! A lot has changed since this review was written so we are happy to inform you that Pillow allows tracking without the iPhone. You can just wear your Apple Watch for automatic sleep tracking without the need of an iPhone. You can optionally start a sleep session manually from the Apple Watch if you want an alarm with haptic feedback. Again this mode doesn't require the iPhone.

The iPhone is still required only if you want to track without the Apple Watch or if you want audio recordings (snoring and other nightly sounds), if you want to listen to sleep aid content or if you want an alarm sound to play from your iPhone.

We recommend that you install the latest version and tracking your sleep in the way that best fits your personal needs and preferences! 💜
