Absurd

Redownload the app and lost my account. It was linked to Game Center. Sales support for an assistance. Provided all required information such as acc name, acc lvl, most used characters, receipts from App Store. Then, because I moved to another country I was asked to send selfie with my passport. SELFIE WITH MY PASSPORT TO RESTORE MY INGAME ACCOUNT. ABSURD! As a result I lost a 6 years old account with tons of acquired characters and some money spend on it! Brilliant!
