As always you are on the top.To be more cool - fix please bug when it is not impossible to use other keyboards in app only your phone language keyboard. For example my phone language is eng but I would like to have opportunity to switch to Ukrainian keyboard to make payments - it is impossible because available just one eng keyboard. Big thanks in advance

If you want to have a good customer support, or just need a bank for remote usage - better choose another one that doesn’t treat its customers like they are non existent. If you want to contact customer support - no you don’t! You have to listen to a bot for several times and that is it - there is no way they are going to let you talk to a human. Want to chat with support? Buckle up, cause you are gonna have to wait for a long time to connect. And if you are lucky enough to chat with a human - be ready to wait for more than half an hour to still not get any help. And don’t expect them to update their existing info on this app. It has places on their map marked as a bank, but when you come to that place - there is nothing. Literally just a residential building… and all of this can happen in just one day. So better care for yourself and choose another bank if possible

Hi guys, amazing app, espicially if you compare to an older version, but could you do us all a favor and not force people to update the app while you’re getting comfirmation form for payment? Would really appreciate that as well, cause sometimes you’renin a situation where you can’t update it, but you still need to make a payment.Best,Nick

Actually, I love Privat24, but now the following issue appeared. After login I receive notification “You need to pass data actualisation”. When I choose “Skip”, nothing happens and app crashes later. When I try to login next time, after using touch ID it blurs, waits and again crashes. When I chose “Pass actualisation now” the result would be the same. I have installed/uninstalled app twice - no help comes. No help comes via call centre, that is why review is here. I think problem woul gone when I pass actualisation via Web-interface, but still big exists. As soon as issue is fixed, I’ll update my review.
