We've made more improvements and fixed some minor bugs to make your Qustodio experience even better. As always, we recommend that you enable auto-updating in the App Store so both your and your kids' apps are always up-to-date.

Nice app but with some issues time from time

The app (to control Windows 10 PC of my son) worked pretty well, but starting from 1st January 2022 morning it’s not possible to restrict Windows 10 app by time (like to set for example 8 hours a day limit). When I set such rule Windows app become not accessible or crashes time from time with error “For your safety the application .. has been blocked”, but in my app on the phone I see that the limit was not been reached yet. How to fix such issue?

No support or bug report channels

While I am using the app for quite some time as it allows me to limit my kid’s Windows PC, the PC app stopped showing time left which was an annoyance. And now it just completely stopped counting the limits while still showing which apps are used.
It would be fine if I could report the bugs but there is absolutely no way to contact Qustodio, no support, no nothing

Very disappointing

1) after time limit all applications disappear in iPhone and then appear in random order
2) no warning for a kid how much time is left
3) my 13 yo son hacked the protection on his notebook in one week

Absolutely useless, though I paid for one year
