Voting and Karma:

Instead of likes and hearts, Reddit’s social network runs on upvotes or downvotes. Voting on posts and comments increase or decrease the creator’s karma, and helps popular and relevant posts rise to the top, while filtering out low-quality or irrelevant posts.

While karma doesn't directly impact your ability to use Reddit, more karma can increase posts’ visibility and help you get noticed. Some communities require karma to post or comment, which helps prevent spam or low-quality content.

With a colourful and intuitive layout, it’s easy to browse and post to “the front page of the Internet” across thousands of subreddits that cater to virtually every area of interest. Search for communities that line up with your hobbies; filter posts by posting time, hotness and more; and get a breakdown of your own Redditing history to see where you reaped all that sweet, sweet karma. (Protip: you can’t go wrong with pictures of—you guessed it—kittens.)

Tap to collapse ruins reading expience. You have to always keep that in mind that tapping is dangerous when scrolling, otherwise all the reading progress will be lost.

The other bug is that Swipe to collapse doesn't disable tap to collapse

Worst app

This app is a total joke. It’s totally unusable, lacking basic functionality from its web counterpart. Algorithmically fed content is not something I’ve ever wanted from this. It doesn’t have a sorting for Home! Share menu is the worst, it’s specifically engineered to be unusable, so that you can’t even share an image simply. The app is absolutely devoid of any kind of soul and community that is the only part of Reddit that makes it good in the first place. Destroy third-party apps and then force users to use this abomination. How does this have 5 star rating?
