Проблем с загрузкой

Установила приложение , оплатила Pro версию на год, возникла проблема что не загружается дальше. Раньше работалр без проблем , сейчас попробовала удалить и заново установила , но проблему не решило. Подскажите как его возможно восстановить ?

Здравствуйте. Пожалуйста, попробуйте удалить приложение и загрузить его под тем Apple ID, на который вы подписаны. Затем попробуйте снова выполнить "Восстановление покупок". Если и это не поможет, напишите нам снова на info@achilov.com, и мы решим проблему.

Lack of functionality

Hi! I have a couple of questions: where’s my personal account in the app? I have nothing but templates. How is it even possible? On top of that, it’s said on Instagram, that this app is totally free, but when I wanted to save my reel - it required to pay a month or buy an annual subscription. I choose to pay a month cuz I really loved my reel created on the app, but it needs to be worked out How am I supposed to cancel my subscription and check any information whatsoever?

Hello! Thank you for review. There is no registration option in the app. You just create the Reel using a template and save it to your device or share it to Instagram or TikTok.

There are more than 10 templates available for absolutely free. Others may be used via subscription. You can cancel your subscription any time, going to Settings — Apple ID — Subscription.

My subjective opinion

I bought an annual subscription. and I don’t like using it, it’s not worth the money, 70% of the templates are not interesting, this is my subjective opinion. And the application is not developing, there are no new features, only rarely new templates, which are much worse than they were half a year ago
