People use Referral Mate! as the platform of choice to network with professionals and mentors, who share common interests. Networking gets fun and intentional with Referral Mate!

Customer Problem
Unconscious bias hurts underrepresented professionals in a number of ways, from a lack of encouragement from friends and colleagues to a lack of mentors or to a lack of funding from investors.
