Remodel Helper is a tool to help you estimate the cost of remodeling a house. It is a handy and easy to use tool to help organize and calculate remodeling costs.
Professionals and novice home owners can use this app with good results.
Input the square foot of the house and the price.
Scroll through the room listings and enter the dollar value that you think it will cost to repair or remodel that room.
There are 36 rooms/areas to choose from.
If you don't know the cost for a room then estimate the cost, or leave it blank.
This app helps you remember the areas and cost estimates.
Lots of tips are included to help you with your estimate.
Print or e-mail your estimate.
This app does not estimate materials for the remodel. If you need a quantity and material estimate then you must buy a construction estimating program/app. Construction Estimator for the iPhone and Mac is a good choice.
