It’s a SCAM, don’t use this app
Guys avoid using this app by any cost!!! It’s a scam. We used this app once in Florence 2 months ago and since that I was charged 5 times in random days. It’s kind of hidden subscription you can’t cancel. When I tried to reach out to their support team I got an auto reply. Apparently customer service doesn’t exist and you’ll be charged forever. Facebook is full of negative reviews. Be careful
Support team never replies and it’s impossible to unsubscribe unless you are in Florence. It’s a 100% scam. Also they delete negative reviews

Can’t recommend
Awful experience. App doesn’t seem to work at all, pure waste of time. You should try any of their competitors if you actually want to get a bike in Milan.
