the game is great, I've been playing for almost a year. But I am confused by the fact that there is no Ukrainian language
although a lot of Ukrainians play your game, even the auto translator doesn't translate us correctly and it's frustrating

Gems disappeared
First of all, I like this game. But I have a problem, yesterday I had around 20K of gems and today in the morning only 2500 left, but I didn’t use them, I’m fact I just logged in and saw that. It wasn’t purchased gems, I earned them making a lot of quests so it’s very disappointing just to loose them for no reason. Please, could you help with it?
Why doesn't the land open for me, is it a bug?
I have a lock of the 7th level, but closed zones do not open, writes that it is impossible, although I fulfilled the conditions. I have 12 pro max, is this a bug?
