In our room was absent shampooing. A soap didn’t give more after finish.
The floor was dirty and the cleaning was poor.
The connection to Wi-Fi was impossible, I really didn’t have fine internet.

organisation our excursions and activities was horible , because the reception staff did not know and did not understand how to properly organize the time and meeting with the guide. It was on the basis of those excursions that we managed to visit only one.
they constantly called the room to clarify the time of our excursions, postponed the meeting time, and as a result, we dropped out at the hotel because the bus did not come for us to visit any place on the island. The reception is also responsible for this.
Elevator malfunction is also present, we sat there for 20 minutes.
The reception was only good at calling a taxi to visit the city center. It is also forbidden to swim in the pools late at night, it seems that I was in kindergarten and they told me to go to bed.

The restaurant and bar worked great, the staff there were friendly and polite!
But the hotel cannot claim 4 stars - this is my opinion.
