My boyfriend bought tickets to Greece the day before the start of the war, it is clear that with the start of the war, all flights were canceled and we received an email saying that we can return money for tickets in our personal account. It has already been 6 months of continuous communication with the bots of a company that promises to return the money and does not do it. How can you trust this company after that? How to trust that it really cares about it’s clients? How to believe in it’s words about complete security? We have already forgotten what safety is, and now the company does not want to return a huge amount of money for a trip that will not and cannot be! We are tired of begging you to return our legitimate money!

It’s very difficult to search for routes with a stopover. For example, I was looking for a flight from Krakiw to Lisbon (October,16th). The app showed me only the dates where the direct flight is, and the date did not suit me. It would be very useful to show the routes with stops if you already have good connections. Maybe you can add the checkbox saying “Show me the route with stops”. I closed the app and used the Kiwi aggregator and what I saw! There is a flight from Krakow to Paris and from Paris to Lisbon then on October, 16th, with 4 hours stop. Why you do not show this variant? Why me being your customer should go to another website and look for your flights there?
