Doesn’t work, doesn’t refund
So I bought their eSIM for my 1 day trip to Monaco. I activated it while I had internet on my other sim. Their sim was working but it had no internet. I tried around 20 times throughout the day, switching the settings, turning off the phone, etc. internet appeared once to let me receive 2 text messages and send one. Later that day, I asked for a refund, but they told me that they only do refund if 1% of data quota was used. Stay away from them!
upd for dev: it was a customer support chat in app, it doesn’t seem to have ticket id. Also, I could very well see that somehow, more than 1% of my 1gb was downloaded without me actually being able to do anything. That’s not networking, that happens. It’s about overall quality of the service. Also, it would be nice to be able to speak with support without internet. In my case I was able to ask anything only when I left the country.
