Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

* The Samsung Galaxy Buds application connects Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live to your iPhone.

* Use the Samsung Galaxy Buds application to set up and manage the following features.

- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Earbuds & Charging Case battery status
- Ambient Sound (Samsung Galaxy Buds+ only)
- Active Noise Cancelling (Samsung Galaxy Buds Live only)
- Equalizer Setting
- Touchpad Setting
- Advanced Feature
- Find my Earbuds
- Earbuds Software Update

* Compatibility:
- iPhone 7 or later models with the iOS 10 and higher version
- The Galaxy Buds application is not compatible with Galaxy Buds (SM-R170)

* Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Buds application are only available when Galaxy Buds+ or Galaxy Buds Live is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a proper connection between your earbuds and your mobile device.

I really like headphones, but when one of them stopped connecting I was disappointed

I have tried to clean, reset, reconnect, charge fully and everything possible that can be found on the internet. Left bud still doesn’t work after the latest update
Upd: IPhone 11. Left bud is fully disconnected although charged (based on what case shows when you put a bid in). I tried to reset and connect as instructed, but phone can’t see bud(LE) in Bluetooth

Hi there! This is highly unusual and we apologize for the inconvenience. Could you please tell us your iPhone model?
If the Buds+/Live are not working for one ear, this could be a hardware issue. Nevertheless, please check the app to see if both the Buds are charged up. If so, we'd request you to report this issue through the app Contact us.
Tap on the 3 dot menu in the top right corner> Contact us> Report a problem. A prompt will appear asking to Send system log, select always. In the next page, write your problems in details, select the frequency of the issue and make sure "Send system log" box is checked. Then tap on send.

Descrimination of apple users

Wheb are you making the app for controling the galaxy buds pro 2? Or at least adding them here, i love samsung, my previous phone was note 10, and i also love all samsung accessories, that is why i bought conventional galaxy buds pro 2, and still feel those are the best on the market, but they do not have those fancy app for controlling, please kindly advise, when you add them?

Delay in sound

I like this device, I’m no gonna lie but there’s this one problem I just can’t seem to look over and it’s the delay in sound after screen recording a video while connected to the Buds Live.
It works fine with Instagram but any other app is just messy.
Literally a very bad problem that needs to be fixed ASAP.
And even worse, I can’t even report a problem via the Contact Us feature
