No access to iXpand Drive USB 3.0

IPhone X, iOS 14.6

Can’t get access to my iXpand Drive USB 3.0 after my iPhone was updated from iOS 13.3.1 to iOS 14.6.

Same Drive has been checked with iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13.5.1 and found working correct.

Doesn’t allow to add any files from ipad, iphone

It was just fine for a long period of time. Now I only can do something with files that are already in usb drive. Can’t share files from iPad or iPhone into drive. App inside doesn’t show files from them either. So there is no way to upload or download anything. Only manipulate with files that are already on the drive. This is annoying and disappointing, it looses sense of this device at all. It turns to be just one more usual memory stick. I needed the one that gives opportunity to upload files from mobile devices directly when the computer is not accessible. Now it doesn’t do it anymore. And it isn’t a mechanical issue for sure, because I can see and manipulate with files that are in drive in app and through Files.
