Herman Bayatian ,

No alternatives at all! Can't live without it anymore.

The best annotation tools I've ever installed. In a few days, I bought a Pro version. Effects are awesome, simplicity is incredible. When I share my screen to colleages or customers, everyone is sooo engaged because I do highligh most important parts with pen tool, or arrow, or flashlight. Thank you!

Good for sharings

Use it for teaching studens on online courses.
No bugs. Also there is pretty good free app for iPhone and iPad that replace tools panel.
