Ratings and Reviews
App background - unable to use
The new blue bg with ‘S’ in it is really stylish in the dark theme, but only as a loading screen, and not as a bg of the screen desktop, when my eyes are almost died from the brightness and conflict with card icons. How can I change that to a darker one? The current bg almost burned my eyes, unable to use the app.

To make your eyes more pleasant when you open the app, just choose a dark theme for the app☺
On the desktop toolbar, go to the "Profile" section and there will be a "Theme selection" button 😉

Limit issue
I have had an account in Alfa-Bank for a long time, and I tolerated some minor problems, and the biggest one is this new Sense app. But now, in a hard time for the country (war in Ukraine), it looks like Alfa-Bank is doing everything to lose their clients. I understand why the bank reduced the credit limits, but I can not understand this issue with my user limits. Many people are running away from the war abroad and need to use their account to rent an apartment, and they can not do it because Alfa-Bank blocked the ability to change the limit. What is the reason for that? It is impossible to spend more money than you have. This unreasonable decision shows that the bank stands against the client instead of supporting them in such hard times.

Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions. Yes, it's a very difficult time for everyone right now. Reducing credit limits is a necessary measure to ensure the stability of the bank. The decision to reduce transaction limits was made by the banks in accordance with the comprehensive banking service agreement. We understand that this can bring some inconvenience. But we do everything to make cooperation with the bank as loyal and comfortable as possible.
To many bugs and inconvenience
I’m using this app for one month and really want to close my account in bank because of problems with app.
First of all, sometimes you need to reload app few times because it’s crashing or stacking, after operations information didn’t displays correctly.
The UI is really not very good, there are too many details which are not necessary and just making app overloaded.
To make operations or find information you need to search in app few minutes. Actually, if you are not using this app every day you can easily forgot where which menu is places.
It really can be a good app, if you will try to simplify it and left really hot features.
