A fraudulent company that fails to meet its obligations. Unilaterally lists the amount of fuel purchased in violation of the rules under which such fuel was purchased. And this despite the fact that they used the funds paid in advance for the accrued amount of fuel, which they later reduced on their own, which actually robbed their client. They refuse to return the amount of purchased fuel, citing contrived and illegal grounds. At the same time, for the money paid in advance by the client, they bought new fuel, which they also resold to other clients, earning exactly the same, as well as double or triple payment, because they also stole fuel from the client, whose funds were previously earned. Here is such a fraudulent scheme. Boycott such companies and negative feedback. Please distribute to reduce their advertising budgets for whitening and ostensibly reliable.

After app update, I faced with limited functions. Some of app buttons wants to open internet browser to proceed check information regarding gas stations and catalog, hopes with next update it will be fixed. Good luck everyone!

It does not work. It has not been working for months actually. And nobody cares.

I have no clue why this app has such a high rating. Almost all the info is not displayed in the app, you are redirected to the website! So what is the point in the app if you have to visit the website? Do smth good or don’t do anything.

This app is the biggest fail of the Ukrainian shell branch. There are months it not working, and now here we go with the update where the is fail even at the process of reregistration. Total disgrace towards their clients.
