Improvement

Kindly create bunkering at every port without extra fees and deductions. For example, vessel on her way through the Singapore and price of oil there is lower than at the port of destination/departure and all shipowners using it and bunkering their vessel there when passing by. When I am trying to do the same I am having large deductions which is out of common sense.
