- “Libre 3 Heartbeat" descriptions changed to show "Libre Heartbeat" (no internal changes)

App looks great! But I didn’t find an option to show graph as line instead of dots. It will be great to add it as feature :)

The app does not run.
Hello.
The app doesn’t work after changing of account region.
So the diabetes can not rely on.
Please fix it.
