fraud application steel money

They charge money directly from your card, though at first you subscribe to this app as free of charge! Yeh, I’ve checked my Subscription History many times and there was Zero for Smallpdf!!!! This company started to charge 12 USD each month without any email notice or any other notice (isn’t this fraud? Yes, it is!!!). I hardly contacted the support team, wrote many emails and sent many confirmations with the request to refund my money, but they refused to do it without any explanation. Now you may decide, whether you want the same history as mine or you’d better search for another application with the same options but from honest company!

TOOK MY MONEY

I forgot to cancel my subscription yesterday, and the App Store took my money. Can you please return them? I don’t need this program anymore. I will be grateful for any information
