spoon.tech app makes it fun and easy for employees of restaurants, hospitality and retail to learn their company processes quickly and effectively.

As employees, you know all too well the struggles of traditional training approaches: flipping through pages of text on lengthy manuals, enduring hour-long training sessions or videos, or shadowing senior staff who may not be very enthusiastic about teaching. spoon.tech is here to change that with quick, bite-sized lessons that you can access whenever and wherever you want.

1. Explore topics: View all the topics assigned to you from your company at one place

2. Learn quickly with "scoops": Your training contents are divided into bite-sized scoops, each containing 1-minute videos, images, and interactive learning materials to help you internalize the topics quickly and easily.

3. Test your knowledge with gamified exercises: Within each scoop, there are interactive exercises like quizzes, finding the missing element, putting elements in right order, true/false questions to help you test your knowledge.

4. Check progress and compete with peers: In the app leaderboard, you can see your progress, how much points you have earned and where you stand among your colleagues.

Say goodbye to lengthy manuals, hour-long sessions, or reluctant shadowing and embrace a new era of fun and engaging learning with spoon.tech. Transform your learning experience into something you want to do, not something you have to do!

The spoon.tech app is free for all restaurant employees to use as part of the platform subscription.
