Confirmations
It was 5 available confirmation items on the screen before the update. I just asked for ‘select all’ or ‘confirm all’ button.
Now it has 3(!) large items to confirm on the screen and the more items to confirm in the list the more laggy it becomes. Still no overall navigation buttons.
You’ve made it worse.
Version 3.0: UI + Separate App
The user interface completely changed in a much better way — it has a beautiful, minimalistic and rounded style, which many people find to be a great overall decision. Separate application for messenger is what every human being I have ever met said to be the most inconvenient thing to experience when it comes to user experience. I adore Valve for the brilliant visionary decisions they have made along the long path, but this one - is a straightforward example of contradiction to their principles. Once Gabe Newell said in interview about steamdeck: “you just want to hand this (steamdeck) to somebody, who plays PC games and have them go…oh this is great”. Well try to apply this idea to this case, and I guess it is no that easy to say “oh this is great”.
the password was entered incorrectly
this is a terrible app. I want to change the password on my computer, I changed it. asks for confirmation from the mobile application, I log into it, but it asks for a password and I can’t log in. To the new password, Steam says “the password was entered incorrectly.” After a while, I can’t log in for 10-20 minutes because “the number of login attempts has been exceeded.” and how long do I have to wait?! day? a week? month??????? The creators of this crap clearly don't work on the users' side, they literally don't care. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
