Strava includes both a free version and a subscription version with premium features.
Strava uses HealthKit to export your Strava activities into the Health app and to read heart rate and biometric data.

You can subscribe and pay on the App Store, using your Apple ID. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the ‘Manage Subscription’ page in settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. The subscription will renew at the same cost.

unauthorized payment

Hello. I’m using Strava for some time and I like it a lot. I’m using a free version and it’s enough for me. But today I was checking my card statement and find out that Apple took money from my account for your app. I don’t understand how these happened and why there was no any notification about that. So I’m asking you to cancel this transaction and give my money back please. Thank you!

It loses recording when internet connection is unavailable!

Today I had a great canoeing. The trip lasted 10 hours. Strava was recording the whole trip and all went well until in the evening I tapped to finish the recording and strava failed to save it because internet connection was unavailable (I was in the forest far away from the city). When I came to home I opened Strava and figured out that there is no today’s recording at all!!! I’m very disappointed! The app is awful! What the reason not to save the recording on the phone until the internet becomes available. This app is often was used by me in circumstances where I don’t have the internet and I realized that this app is useless. It made me very furious today

Problems with language settings

Hello there! I have found in Help&Support that the language in app is automatically set same to the system language of the phone. Or, if there is no such available language, it is set to English. I have Ukrainian as system language on my iPhone, but in Strava app it’s Russian, including voice reports. It’s not the same, and I don’t want to use Russian, I would rather use English, but, unfortunately, I can’t set it manually. Could you please add an option to set language manually, or at least put English as default for Ukrainian system language. Looking forward for such improvement. Thank you!
