Fix the problem!

Hi,please fix the problem with the sound I don’t have any sound,even on the songs please fix it(

Cannot sign into my profile

After installation of the update version for some reason I had to sign in into my profile again. The problem is that previously I did it using my email but this time it doesn’t work. Very upsetting, don’t know what to do.
The game itself is really cool. I wish I could continue playing using my old account as I got a lot of stuff there.
