Terrible tech support! Because of them, I lost my SWEAT, which I collected for about six months and I also bought a premium account from them to earn more, and as a result I have 0! I had an unusual problem with connecting the wallet, they told me right away what I needed to do, and I specifically asked them "will my SWEAT not disappear?", they assured me that everything would be fine (I have all correspondence saved) and after that, when i did as they said i lost all my coins which i had collected for about six months on premium account!! And now they just ignore me, but before this case they wrote back right away the next day!
