Kjekt å vite:
- For å laste ned og bruke appen må du ha mobildata- eller WiFi-tilgang.
- Ny kunde? Ved registreringen din hos oss, skal du ha mottatt en mail med brukernavn og passord. Finner du ikke mailen, kan du alltids bruke Glemt passord-funksjonen.

This app is ok, but doesn’t worth downloading, I think. It’s just a web site and nothing more. If we’re talking about plans then it’s relatively cheap, but the support, app and the system of it all doesn’t work as good as it could: I asked for changing my plan from 0,5 gbs to 12 gbs and they gave me 24 gbs, even tho it says 12. I don’t know if they will, but I really hope that they wouldn’t charge me for 24 gbs cuz it wasn’t my fault.
Data speeds are ok according to prices. I wish there was a method of paying beforehand so you don’t have to worry about paying faktura later, and maybe you can get payed back if you change your mind

We´re sorry to hear that the app does not live up to the expectations, pleas let us know if there is anything specific that we could do better. We have a survey in the application on "My account" and "Customer service" to get that kind of feedback, and we would love to get you insight there.
Regarding you plan-change I can assure you that we will not charge you for 24 GB, only the cost of 12 GB. Talkmore has a campaign going until 12.desember 2023, where everyone that upgrades their plan to a bigger plan gets double data without any extra cost! This extra 12 GB data you get to keep as long as you want, free of charge, as long as you do not downgrade your plan again. :-)
I hope you get to enjoy your extra GB and that we deliver better on your expectations on the application in the future!
