After the last update the app became extremely slow.
Almost impossible to buy a ticket.
Do not choose this company
Awful service. We were travelling from Peremyshl to Prague and our tickets had been cancelled in the last minute. It was cold, snowy night and admins told us that our train car just didn’t arrive. And that they can’t help us so we must just solve this problem ourselves. It’s a great negligence and unprofessional attitude towards your clients. I hope that someday you’ll remind that working in the train industry provides a huge responsibility to help people, not to throw them away in the unknown country because of your problems.
TRAIN Is LATE FOR 5 HOURS
I DO NOT advise you to travel by this train. I ordered a train for my grandmother from Ukraine. She was on the road for a day, and now she is waiting for the train for 5 hours in Peremishle, Poland. She and other people were not even provided with a warm place. They are waiting for the train at the station at night. The operators cannot do anything.
