I didn’t receive my payment

I still haven’t got my payment after selling a ticket since 6 of July. And there are no any opportunity to contact with them.

Apps shows me information like I received this payment but I didn’t

And you also mailed me that you have a problem with my address verification. But there is nothing fixed

They robbed me.

Robbed. I sold the ticket, but could not transfer the money, because Paypal did not work in Ukraine. Now ticketswap say the money has been sent. I specifically waited for PayPal to enter Ukraine to return the funds. But there’s no money on my account on ticketswap. I can provide screenshots of emails.

Bought ticket and everything was fine, recommend

Я скачала приложение и купила билет там. Оплатила монобанком и все прошло нормально. Билет пришел сразу же на почту файлом и так же отображается в самом приложении. Единственное что, так это нельзя покупать второй точно такой же билет. Поэтому, если хотите приобрести билетик для кого-то еще, то пускай человек самостоятельно регается и забирает его. В апсторе оценка приложения не самая высокая и есть нехорошие отзывы, но они все связаны с продажей билетов и получения денег за них. В целом, рекомендую сервис. Все быстро и удобно, и главное билеты прислали
