Sessions are led by certified instructors skilled in gymnastics and ballet, available in English and Russian. We offer diverse fitness directions, including full-body stretching, AEROSTRETCHING in hammocks, yoga, cardio workouts, fat burning, and endurance training. After your workout, unwind in our panoramic sauna with a view of Changgu's sunset. Located on the third floor, our facility boasts stunning city views from the recovery zone.
