Awful app and support service team
This stupid app doesn’t accept foreign credit cards, doesn’t provide opportunity to pay cash on delivery. And the most interesting - redeems all points even if transaction wasn’t successful!
The payment issue impossible to resolve
There is an option on the app to pay with credit card, but apparently it doesn’t work for foreigners. I was trying to figure out what can be the issue, but it’s impossible to start the chat via the app with the foreign number, the reply to email never arrived and absolutely no clarification about the payment failure anywhere.
