I have never seen such kind ugly service. Flat full of bugs who poisoned me. Stuff do not speak english (even they have kinda english version). To many stupid letters and absolutely disgusting work of app. Do not use it, everything and everyone in this company useless. Pity to say, but that’s it.

I have rented apartments in Daan Mogot City in West Jakarta on 1-2.12.2023. Paid more than 1mil for 2 days which is not cheap. They charged me extra 100k for 2Gb x 2 days for internet. As a result - no internet. Even mobile signal is week. No hot hater. No any single blanket in the room. Not provided with a PIN number for the door and I was waiting for a hour to be able to enter the apartment. Because they don’t pick up the phone and slowly answer. And finally when I asked for refund after first day they said it is not possible. As a result I just found good apartments nearby for the next 7 days in airbnb witch costs me 1,5mil including everything and a good WiFi. It was the worst experience in my life.
