There’s no clear way to cancel the order after payment and get refund, the message to support was sent and there’s no indication that i sent something. I doubt my question will be resolved soon.
Sync issues with statuses are present as well

This is a great app and service. I used it on every trip. Still, there are some bugs, but anyway, it's very useful. Thanks, and good luck with further updates.
