It streams just ads, but then it stops((( even full version of the app. I mean ads from the site where I want to watch movie. And when movie starts app shows me this movie on the screen of my phone. I don’t know what problem is in. And they don’t have some faq for troubleshooting

Hello Dmytro, these ads are coming from the website you're browsing but not from the app itself. Be sure the phone's screen is on while the ad plays and if for any reason the actual video does not stat tap on the video frame to try again. If this does not help then please contact us at support@tubioapp.com with the URL address of the video.
