Timer problems

After last update TIMER does not working properly :/ please fix it

Text scroll fx bug

Text scroll effect has a bug. Jittering at 10 symbols after first scrolling (tested on 2 connected twinkly)

We didn't create a specific effect, as you can create your own directly on the app, editing the "horizontal flag" effect, or creating a new one easily, with the FX Wizard!
