Problem w adds - black out

Love the game, thanks for creating it!
Recently I’ve got problem when watching ads inside the app. At some point during the add video is on, it just gets into total black-out with no option to come back to playing. Need to delete and download the app again each time. Hope it could be fixed, as it’s annoying and takes some time to reload.
Thanks again for the game in general, it’s my favorite for years!

Not as advertised

My partner and I both downloaded the game without even knowing we did it simultaneously and we only got to know about it after we told each other that we recently deleted an app because its ad was misleading. Don’t get me wrong, the game might be cool and fun for many people. However, it’s quite off-putting to see an ad and download the app because you think it’s going to be like the ad showed and be excited to discover it only to find out that it’s a completely different concept and not what we expected. Maybe you guys have what you show in an ad on other levels or hidden somewhere within an app, but we won’t be spending time to see whether it’s true or not if it’s not obvious from the beginning and from the first few levels. I work in marketing myself and appreciate good, targeted ads as I love discovering new things I might like. However, I do not think it’s cool or ethical to advertise something that your product doesn’t provide, making it just click-bait instead of showing how it actually works. It’s just a waste of your money as you paid Facebook for us to download your app and then delete it within a minute we opened it and tried. And I beleive we aren’t the only ones who did or will do the same. I hope this feedback helps! I’d be willing to give your app another try and reassess my review if at some point it starts reflecting what the ad shows. Cheers!

The section devoted to Russia

Hello, I am from Ukraine. I was sorry to find out that the developers made a whole section from levels 387 to 431 devoted to Russia. Right now Russia is attacking Ukraine, wiping out our cities, trying to destroy our culture and imposing Russian culture. I hope the developers aren't trying to do the same, because the game doesn't have a section dedicated to Ukrainian culture, but it does have a section dedicated to Russian culture. Russia is the aggressor country, during the war a lot of people play your game to distract themselves from the news about Russia's war crimes against Ukraine. But we can't distract ourselves when we play the game with Russian symbols, matryoshkas and bears wearing Russian clothes. First of all it’s offensive. The USA is a free and democratic country and I hope that developers from New York do not support the dictatorial regime of Russia and their actions in Ukraine. I shop in the game and I don't want to pay to be shown occupiers attacking my country.
I believe that the creators of the game support humanism. Many Ukrainians are waiting for an update of the game, which will not have a section devoted to Russia. Thank you.
