Service is really bad
The cleaner is good, it is not about her, but all about experience with the company itself.
1) the assigned cleaner texted me at 7:30 am when I was supposed to receive the service the same day at 10:30, that
my address is not her location and she can’t come. And she asked me to contact Urban Cleaners, so they (you) could fix the issue.
I send a message through the App, but nobody called me back. So I texted back the cleaner to decide with the supervisor what to do.
Thanks to the cleaner (she was the only one who supported and carries about a good service), the issue with my location was solved and she could make it.
But! You “tell everywhere” that you clean with steaming equipment, but the cleaner had NONE of that. And I do understand, that is the company’s problem, not hers!!!
The overall experience with support and App from the Urban Cleaners side is below 0.
I will definitely recommend all my friends and followers NOT to use your service.
Cleaner didn’t show up - 0 response from company
The cleaners didn’t show up, they don’t reply in messages in chat. I reported this to company, and requested call back since I’m abroad now and I didn’t get any calls. They wasted our time because my husband specially came earlier from office to prepare the home for our arrival. Don’t try this service - not reliable company
Very Unprofessional
They accepted my booking for pedicure but didn’t send any professional and later on told me to reschedule my booking.
