Cancelation doesn’t work and it try is to charge money
Guys, are you okay? I did cancel subscription more than week ago but you still didn’t do it and try to change money again and again. Lucky me I can block the merchant through my bank application. But it’s still trying to make payment. So you do cancelation but nobody care and nobody provides it. My request is still pending since more than week ago. On support nobody answer.
I found you service the worst. Do something.

Withdrawal of payment after canceling subscription
Guys, are you okay? I did cancel subscription more than half a year ago and you took the payment from me bank account. Lucky me I can block the merchant through my bank application
But still it take payment for the month and now I couldn’t cancel the payment even though I wrote in the first hour after you withdrew it.
I found you service the worst. Kindly waiting for your respond

We are sorry to hear that you expected your membership to be cancelled. Setting up a 6 months pause doesn't equal actually cancelling the membership.
