Standard bikes – brand new bikes straight from the factory, nimble, face lifted and #ANEW for hire.

Electric bikes – a great change here too! Modern electric bikes are available throughout the Veturilo operating zone, and there are 3x more of them!

#TandemsAreBack! After a short break, tandems are back on the streets of the capital and invite you to ride as a pair.

YOU WILL REGRET CONNECTING YOUR CARD

This app charges you money WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION once you connect your card to it. If you have parked a bike at a wrong place after a ride it you’re fined 15zł and it automatically charges you money. The problem is that the app has tremendous bugs and if I park it at a right place it still charges me the amount of fine. I took three bikes and payed 45zł for 10 minutes of riding which is claimed to be FREE in this app. Please DON’T download this app if you don’t want to loose your money without having control over it.

Bad from the start

I used it last year and since then my balance has been transferred to the new account. With the new app I can’t even login, it always says the PIN is wrong, though I can login with this PIN on the website. What a bug this is! I can’t comment on further functionality since I can’t make it through the first step. It used to be a very nice service, with a very responsive support. Not any more.

Crap return

Let’s forget that taking a bike is a stress. Takes loads of time to unlock the bike, but finishing the ride is on another level of hustle. Bike locks but nothing changes in the app. Time is ticking, but I’m not riding, bike is parked and locked. Crap, crap, crap. Not using again and don’t recommend to others
