Subscription can’t be cancelled
Guys I got many issues with your app recently! I wish I could unsubscribe but it’s not easy! First of all, I cancelled my subscription for 9.99$ per month and it was cancelled in my phone. I did it because your app doesn’t work good, I don’t have proper functioning and the watermark is still on the videos! But in fact today I paid anyway 9.99$ for what? I cancelled it already! Your app on my phone works like a demo version! I applied for the money refund but I couldn’t refund the money; the support service says it’s not possible! Can you figure this out please? I’m not agree to pay for nothing. Please give me back my money and cancel the subscription! Thank you.

Sorry for the inconvenience. You can go to our app’s Menu and tap on the FAQ button. From here you can find solutions for some common query we are frequently asked. But in short, all financial transactions through App Store are handled by Apple. So that, if you want to get refund then you have to apply through Apple. Purchase without agree
I downloaded this app three months ago. And didn’t confirmed any purchase. Than I deleted it. I didn’t used it. Despite this fact, during two months 9.99$ every month were payed somehow from my credit card. I was surprised. I managed to delete subscription, that I didn’t even made.

Guys , don’t even try to download this program! Crocks are stealing money!
I downloaded program right now just to see if it’s good. As you are saying that I can try it for 3 days free. But you cut money directly from my card! Is it for free?! You are crocks! And I don’t like your program at all. What should I do now with it?
