This vpn doesn’t work in China, which is not stated in the website or here. It only says that the program cannot be installed in China, which doesn’t mean it wouldn’t work here. I bought the subscription only after I made sure it worked in the Mainland (I tried a version with limited megabytes they give you each day). It worked perfectly so I bought a year subscription. After one month of working perfectly fine and it suddenly didn’t. What I was surprised about is that the support was extremely unhelpful, it was just there not being able to do anything or be responsible. So they after one week of “negotiations”, the support tells me to contact whoever I paid to for refund. And it is Apple. I downloaded this app and bought it through my iPhone. And as my location is China but my appstore is still my country’s not the Chinese one, they send me an automatic reply that I cannot get any refund. I never really used the app, downloaded it to try as I had a need to imitate a connection from within China.
However, even after selecting a $9,99 subscription and supposedly activating the trial period, I could not select a server I needed. The app continued to show the short list of free servers, even in the vip list.
Then a day ago I checked my subscriptions (because I installed a different app, not a VPN, entirely different), and it said that my $9,99 subscription will renew on September 30. I figured I’d still have a few days to cancel it, because I was on the go. But today I’m getting a receipt from Apple for 9,99, and it’s September 25. Trying to find a way to cancel the subscription now, not a chance to do that in the app.
Completely frustrating experience, and charged for nothing.

Hi, really sorry for the problem. Please cancel your subscription in this way:
1) Go to Settings -> [your name] -> iTunes & App Store.
2) Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3) Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your AppleID.
4) Tap Subscriptions.
5) Tap on the app you'd like to cancel -> Cancel Subscription
